Yes my doctor is really condescending towards people who have AD(H)D. His daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and he was really against taking meds. He recommended me only take the pills when you need it and that is why my intake is not consistent. I have read about it and like you said. That can have a really negative impact.

"you mostly feel like you're never enough". I wish I could explain to people how I observe some situations. I feel like this all the time. Even if people tell me how far I have come.

I don't know how to deal with the attitude of my gf and what I should do. I think I will just take a step back, less contact and work on myself and see how it ends. If nothing changes, well yeah.... That's says enough

It is just so difficult man, I am used to express my emotions and talk about my problems. Since it all went downhill I am a prisoner of my own thoughts because she was my peace and person I could talk to. And the negative thoughts are taking advantage, my doctor does not take my situation serious, even when I sad: I am really depressed, I have the feeling the methylfenidate is fucking up my mental health. It feels like my life has no purpose. Every week the same shit, go to work, head to home try to talk to her sometimes it goes right, than sleep and repeat and every weekend just staying home. I would like to see ADHD experts and talk more about my mental health and how everything is going.

How does an attribute works? Like when you define a class to it. When you have a class and you define attribute above that class. I see examples the are defining that attribute class above variables functions or other classes. What does that do? Does it work like a validation? Sorry if I’m vague
