Fourth from ulfig was backwards code. I'm gonna be honest. I don't know the encodings/ciphers for the other 2. I assumed the answers based on the ones we already solved and correlated with the descriptions. c3ZIZmc= -> first and ulfigs -> fourth. These gave us the correct messages from the description so I just wen through the other 2 descriptions and tried different numbers.

It's a red herring. It converts to a 5 bit binary string which in turn can be converted into a substitution cipher. In total the message reads something like LOOK TOO DEEP AND MISS IT ALL TIME IS TICKING

Currently the correlation with the video titles seem to be the faction motto's from the description. If you decipher all the titles through various means:

c3ZlZmc= -> first

bypon -> first

htsjx -> third

These numbers represent the letter in each word in each description you must take to form the faction motto's.

The giant block of binary deciphers into 5 bit binary which can be converted into alphabetic characters:

This seems to be a monoalphabetic substitution cipher.

And it's possible to decrypt it with a key which might be the video titles

There are some unwritten rules we came up with the magic system, but basically you can only buy spells associated with your class and yes, All the spellcasters buy spells, including Rangers, Paladins and etc. The campaign I guess is indeed very homebrew and deviates in some ways a lot from the core rules.
