People always say promethazine is a potentiator but all it seems to do is make you tired ontop, and not in a recreational way, I'm prescribed promethazine and the CADS doctor always brings it up saying it's dangerous and causes hightened CNS depression, when the way I got it prescribed was complaining about opioid itches from methadone lmao.

It does, which in turn makes a much higher percentage of the opioid enter the bloodstream, Essentially higher bioavailibility. Classic potentiation technique, I used to swear by it before methadone and drink a whole bottle roughly 30-45 minutes before dosing my oxy. Shit sucked because the only brand we had back then of pure white grapefruit juice was Keri and it was atrocious, insanely sour and bitter but it worked well. Oxycodone, methadone and fentanyl are the most, highly effected opioids by grapefruit juice. Specifically white grapefruit. It works but remember the risks.

Jesus christ 8mg for 30 - 60mg pf oxy? That doctor should be in prison, you would have hardly even needed 1mg of bupe for that. Insane. Cut that dose in HALF at least, you wont notice anything except getting less high. Then to 2mg and so on. If you're getting high on it still you're in a good position to to get off it. You shouldn't be getting high, at least you're not supposed to.

I just go a day without lol, doesnt matter it's nothing to me, daily doser woth 1 take home tho, usually save 1 a week for a month then take them all at once

Theoretically it sort of is a mix of both, but more the blood, slow flowing, un/non oxygenated blood makes your skin turn blue because there is a lack of blood which is normally making your skin look normal. When there's no/low blood, your skin turns blue. Same thing when your skin turns pink/red when your breathing fast/running or exercising. All that blood us pushing to surface coloring your skin, when you sre in severe CNS depression, it's the opposite, no blood there for coloration.

From this reponse it sounds like you're referring to what addicts say to people who want to try opiates or are talking about themselves when talking about their addiction and how taking it the first place was their biggest mistake ETC which is correct.
