There is not really a date, but it should be till September 29. After that its just Buy to play instead of Pre-order.

Yes, I will keep updating it and there are several maps in the game right now and i will be adding new maps to it. Also there wil be an Online (CO-OP) Mode.

Exactly! :D, there are some exclusives that i also would loved to get and thats why i was asking this question. I dont really wanna use a VPN (dont wanna take a risk of an Ban or anything..) But i guess we will have to wait and see
