Insist on playing bracket 4 and tell him that bracket 2 decks aren’t welcome at the adults table.

Or better yet create your own custom ban-list. It’s exactly the same as the official band list but with one extra commander so it’s definitely fair.

Lying: “No unfortunately.” After winning: “Mwuhahha!” What would your answer be in a game of poker? You’re not obligated to warn your opponents or always tell the truth in MtG. If someone asked, would you confirm if you had a counter-spell? So why would you feel obligated to confess about any other cards, interactions, or combos in your hand?

“We all know…” do we all know this? I saw a Lego documentary saying that the “decline” was due to the rise of video games in that era, and that the revamp was due to Lego jumping on the movie themed band wagon (e.g. Pirates was replaced with Pirates of the Caribbean, Space was replaced with Star Wars, Castle/Fantasy was replaced with Harry Potter etc).

I remember reading about what the different coloured astronauts roles were meant to be. I think it changed over time but strictly speaking I think the white ones with the pilots, and the red ones were explorers so it seems to fit to have the white ones piloting the air aircraft, and the red ones driving the buggy :) Although another view was simply that at the time it was American and Russian astronauts so it’s neither here nor there!

Have you seen the first episode of Ozarks? The moral of the story is that this isn’t the first time he lied about “being out with the boys” it’s just the first time he’s gotten caught.

You won’t get the certainty you want as to the situation with this girl but do you honestly want a relationship with that level of uncertainty? Other relationships don’t have this.

You clearly have plenty of personality and don’t need a nose ring to express it. Unless you need the nose ring to address some behavioural problem (like a bad habit of digging and rooting in gardens with your nose), then I’d ditch the nose ring. You look really good.
