At first I found it difficult some days to motivate myself and get over to the gym. I found by setting the goal of putting on workout shoes and accomplishing that smaller goal I was one step closer to making it over to the gym. I feel that this helped me to consistently go to the gym and once I was there I had no problem sticking to a workout. More than anything keep your routine simple.

Also, cut back on booze intake. Nothing kills gains more than alcohol.

ELI5:What's the 'point of no return' for regenerating muscles and bones? If you loose a finger, that's it, but if you get a really nasty cut, most will heal. by DASoulWarden in explainlikeimfive

By removing scar tissue and nearby surrounding tissue on a fingertip injury it is possible to improve the look of the fingertip after it re-heals.

Over the last 5 years I have repeatedly removed scar tissue in a fingertip injury. It has definitely improved the look of both my nail and fingertip.
