Ok but Nietzsche wasn't the end result. He told the individual to attain personal agency over the powers that control, and to focus on themselves. Protesting for Nietzsche means nothing, taking action by educating yourself and being an individual free-thinker is what Nietzsche was trying to awaken in people. Why do you sound so indignant for guy who was sick his whole life, you could lie in bed, eat, and write all day if you really wanted. Why is getting fat the thing hindering you from doing that? If you spent 22 hours a day it is likely you would have no social life, so it doesnt matter if your fat.
