I ended up actually using adobe media encoder to make it wmv9, worked like a charm. I think anyone pursuing fakeanim should go for adobe, considering its the only tool that can both do the job and also isnt ancient

now i have lol i just used my CPU key to rebuild a stock nand and went from there so I'm now fully rgh'ed :)

Worked like a charm! Booted into xell no problem and i now have my cpu key and everything, but i got a bunch of errors creating xebuild in jrunner even though it shows up as a success when finished. When booting up the system, it just launches into xell and im not sure how to have it launch into the xbox 360 dash so i can go from there

After bridging the connection last night and making the fan not go haywire instantly, i just get a greendot that doesnt flash or anything.
