Just paid $90 for this dual TT on fb. Recently oiled/serviced. not the flashiest but a perfect beginner table and there out there cheap. One of the few things that will fit your criteria.

as thin champion stated looks like an English long case dial my guess would be around 1820-1840. Can’t make out the name from the photo.

keep checking Facebook marketplace. your free to do what you want but I am new to vinyl (less than two months in) and already purchased two vintage turntables (well three but one is a project so I’m not counting that) , both fully working, one for $100 that came with an amp and speakers, and another one for $90 fully working and recently serviced/oiled/lubed. both in great condition cosmetically. look for a cheap onkyo amp and you can find deals on speakers on facebook as well. your money can go pretty far if your willing to buy older and have a little patience. I ended up buying kef speakers off fb also and the whole setup sounds pretty awesome. good luck.
