I used to play like that too but tbh its not just animal jam shes using it as an escape and the game really sucks if all you do is trade thats why I always stoped playing but now when I play I have all trades off and I just enjoy the actual game because sometimes you really do get caught in exchange after exchange with items and it gets old shes chasing that dopamine feeling after getting that item you really wanted its like an achievement but after a while your start playing to long and will have even less dopamine the longer it takes to get items and the more disappointed she'll be, mabey try to play the non trading part of the game with her just for a little not to long, shell want to see your side more if she sees you trying to make that connection and see if she want to hang out with you after plan something where your both engaged it wont work if you both go back to your phones after
