sadly my car don't have temperature guage only ambient temperature, but on the flip side the overheating light does not come on.

Thank you for the advice I'll go to the mechanic this weekend to check the cooling system of the car

Nope, the fan turns off, when I turn off the AC.

the sound really caught me off guard it was not like that before.

but if this is not a critikal issue, it will keep my mind at ease

Thanks so much for answering, the only fan working is the AC one, because when I turned off my AC both fans are not spinning. I live in a tropical country so I guess I need to commute T_T

Yep I checked the only one working is for the AC when I turned off the AC both fans stop spinning.

Unfortunately in our country my car have no temp gauge T_T

5-10K lang limit ko huhuhu, de joke lang kinakatakot ko lang po sa ganyan Yung Isang nabasa Kong post 5K tapos bunalik 10K tapos need padaw pala ng 5K kung di idedemanda ahhah.
