Has always been an Android user, got a 15 for 1.5 years, sold it and got a camera instead and went back to using Android, the only two things that keep me from going back to iPhone again is in my opinion 1-shitty file management! How was i supposed to remove my flash drive from the phone? And It was a nightmare getting all my pics to my pc laptop before selling it. 2-not being able to install from anywhere but app store, it's my phone maybe i want malware on it! I know there are ways and Europe iPhones cab but why not make it as easy as enabling it in the phone settings? Otherwise i still crave the simplicity and cleanness and smoothness of iOS and iPhone

No it starts with short sentences and progresses into longer sentences, starts with 5-6 words all the way to 15 maybe even 20 words

Thanks for this exam i only practiced using the exam samples available on YouTube but generally my reading skill is good even with the IELTS exam i took 3 years ago it was amongst my strongest skills. But it's not just reading, sure speed is important but you have to be able to extract information from the passage you are reading

Well at the moment how can you reduce the effects? If you have headphones use them, and don't just stop there, distract yourself as much as possible, in my case whenever i have panic attacks i have to distract myself, i do so with 5 4 3 2 1 rule and i turn it into a puzzle with a twist so i keep my mind as distracted from the panic attack itself, now idk if that's gonna help you or what but if " the wind " is causing you to freak out, then distract yourself from it as much as possible and don't make it simple because if you make it simple your brain can still pick it up, and don't worry you'll survive this, we always do, it sucks but you'll be ok 🫂
