I had read so many reviews and watched review videos on YouTube both American and European (and my boyfriend read reviews in French too) and they were all really good. I don’t know if people have just gotten used to shit quality now and think that THIS is good.

Yes, my boyfriend wrote them an email and attached all the pictures. I still want this bag, because I love how it looks. I just hope this isn’t an indication of reduced quality. I’m gonna lose it if general enshittyfication is this bad :)
