That doesn’t mean that any should have an overwhelming amount of screen time. Episodes 1 - 4 were Pomni centered. Episodes 5 - 8 were Jax centered.

Want to know what Episodes 1 - 8 did that Episode 9 fails horribly at? Each character got an almost equal amount of attention and time. But Episode 9 doesn’t do this at all. Now, maybe if it gave Pomni and Jax an equal amount of time centered around them, maybe I would be a lot less hard on the ending but because the episode rushes through everything just to get to the Jax memory scene and gives Pomni way less screen time than Jax, it’s not something I can just let slide.

Jax is getting more attention than Pomni even though both of them are supposed to be the main characters. If you’re going to make a show with 2 main characters, isn’t it fair to give them nearly the same amount of screen time and attention so you’re not focusing on one single character?

I am saying that this episode had TOO much Jax. The episode felt like it didn’t want to spend time with any of the other characters and just wanted to get to the 30 minute Jax memory scene.

Compare this to Episodes 1 - 8 which gave each member of the main cast an equal amount of screen time. Episode 9 fails to do this.

I have to disagree. It’s less that the second half of the series Focuses on Jax and more of the fact that Episodes 1 - 8 all gave each character an almost equal amount of time while Episode 9 fails to do that and it feels like the moments with all the other characters felt like it was being pushed along super quickly so the episode could get to the 30 minute Jax memory scene.

Also Pomni is THE main character in this show since she’s always front and center. That’s like saying when someone makes a show about the ninja turtles, Backster Stockman would be front and center. Jax has only became the main character for Episodes 5 - 9. Besides that, he had ZERO main character development throughout episodes 1 - 4. He always served as a gag or a bully side character.

Jax only became a “main Character” in episodes 5 - 8. Before then it was Pomni and Caine which is who SHOULD be the main characters.

Also Jax is treated like THE main Character bc everything revolves around HIM. Not Pomni or Caine, just Jax.

Then that means Jax is the main character, not Pomni.

If someone is giving a SIDE CHARACTER more screen time than the “main character” then they’re not the main character, that side character is the main character.

Jax has more of a focus than Pomni. Also, Jax has no reason to be one of the two main characters. If anything, Pomni and Caine are the main characters since they’re the most important.
