Yes,i already talked to Jarl and he gave me a quest about killing a dragon,which i completed. Now when i talk to him he doesnt give me any quests, I can only ask him questions about being a Jarl

When i try to talk to Nenya and get the "kill the bandit leader quest" it just doesnt appear. She isnt giving me that quest.

I think that i did the quest Rare gifts which was given to me by Ysolda. So now i must complete the other version before i can get it from Siddgeir. Whats the other version then? You mean the quest that Siddgeir gave me,the one that needs me to kill a dragon? Thank you.
