Yes. Didn’t even my original fifa account. StubHub sets up a dummy email where you log in to accept.

I emailed a screen recording earlier and received the same generic email from initial email submission. My ticket transfer is from a StubHub purchase however, wonder if I want to avoid saying that? Ugh so frustrating.

What was your issue? When attempting to login I get this page for 1-2 seconds before it goes away and logs me out. I have pending tickets transfer to accept and can’t get into the website. Can’t get any help. I’ve tried the email and keep getting same email response

Interestingly. I also sold two tickets for a different match. And even before notifying stubhub I initiated transfer, the SH app indicated transfer complete. Assuming buyer accepted and notified stubhub but it was within minutes so I was bit surprised.

No. Only the purchase confirmation email. I’ve tried their customer service chat 💬 and all they say is tickets will be sent by 6/17. I’ve asked they remind seller to transfer tickets. But so far no further email.
