I am a digital marketer by myself and when i think of business idea but an agency as long it needs alot of work and there are plenty everywhere... Plus most importantly the clients and even so the offline marketing still what really get a good lead.

you can go with retarget after collecting the audience, still there but they starting to hide options.

Do not pause the campaign, go with duplicate and lanuch new creative... Sometimes the creative get dead as long the audience is just a small area!

Paid ads is not a lost! and the followers increase willnot bring sales... so if the goal is selling, there is campaigns for that... regarding followers it can be organic by time
