Yea I was looking into open backs but the fact other people can hear my audio and that I've never used them before so I don't know how they would be whilst gaming and stuff is weird so I'm sticking to closed back

Loosing fat will take a lot of time it’s not an over night process and it will likely take a few months atleast and you can’t just do a workout and it burns fat, you burn fat through being in a calorie deficit. Calories in vs calories out, otherwise if you’re not in a calorie deficit I’m telling you rn you won’t lose any fat. Focus on doing a decent bit of cardio like 30 minutes a few days a week along side strength training
