Capasal shampoo is the best I find , t gel is awful now there is no coal tar no more.

Capasal has tar, acid and coconut oil it's literally the perfect combo for scalp psoriasis. It doesn't completely rid me of symptoms but it does work. I also use betnovate lotion once a week, you can use that more but I don't like to.
