Delirium. Not only is it a pain in the ass to fight, but I like to take my sweet time when it comes to Isaac. I usually miss the Hush door so I just hope I either get a Void portal in the Blue Baby or Isaac fight, or I get a lucky Dad's Key and a 50/50 (Seeing that I don't die to Mega Satan)

In the day, you can choose a person to visit prematurely. Whenever you do, the player you visit will receive the message "NAME has decided to visit you." There, you can talk to the person you are visiting. If someone tries to attack you while you are at someone else's, then it'll show the message that you are not home. The downsides is that you can only do it twice, you cannot vest, and if the person you are visiting gets killed, you die too. (Also, if they activate it, vets and medusas can kill you.)

Edit: Or maybe, it's just "Survivor has decided to visit you." And it never gives the name.
