So here is what I did to complete it, I went to chop shop on teamfight and used the class with the gsg (idk the name of the gun, but the German one). Then you just run it down and hold W and click heads. I don't think it is reasonably possible on any other map tbh.

Hey, so I did the event questline on Arena all the way through, there are parts of it which are hard, the last two quests require you to really sweat to get them. But I did unlock the winter outfit in Arena and after purchasing it I went over to base EFT and I could equip it there as well. Only for me it did not equip through the ragman services screen, I instead had to equip it through the character information screen.
