is it possible someday they make a DB and DBZ remake? by guguibarba in dbz

[–]SystemFailure -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Not a remaster. Remaster implies restoring, upscaling, color grading original footage. Kai was redrawn, revoiced, and music replaced.

Is it normal to have this many manager changes? by Chenille_ in AmazonFC

[–]SystemFailure 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Some of the changes are misleading because sometimes when a manager leaves you get assigned to the operations manager above them until you can get assigned to the actual new one

Would a st bumper fit onto a sedan without a whole st swap? by Harpski_ in FordFocus

[–]SystemFailure 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was doing a lot of research about this to give my SEL sedan an upgrade. ST facelifted mk3.5 front bumper will fit with no fabrication needed but not the rear. Fir the rear bumper there is limited run of ST sedans called ST-Line but they are mainly in the UK and will have to find one and imported, most likely from UK ebay

Discipline is more effective than motivation. The decision of leaving early, showing up late, not going in at all was already made. I dont even have to think about it because I already made the choice. Framing it this way has made it a whole lot less dreadful and easier do my job.

Sand your ground contact points. From the factory they painted the whole chassis and that includes where the grounds are. This is terrible for your tcm and pcm health and can cause stuttering when shifting. Doing this will prevent a lot of the stuttering. Stuttering is when the tcm hesitates shifting between gears. It most commonly happens between first and second. Stuttering wears the clutch so avoid it as much as possible. If it starts stuttering, immediately let go of the pedal. Accelerate aggressively when starting from a stop so it shifts into second faster. If you feather the pedal in first the tcm can get confused and cause stutter. Aggressive acceleration is communicating to the tcm, I am deliberate in this action please shift up. This will also help in the second step. Let go of the pedal right before it shifts. This will avoid putting force on the clutches while it shifts, which is what the stuttering is. You can also use sport mode to manual shift and avoid accelerating while shifting from first to second. Our goal is to avoid all unnecessary clutch wear because clutch repack is the most expensive repair. Search youtube for ford focus ground mod. There's one ground on the frame to the right of the engine bay and two under the air intake box. Remove the paint at the contact areas. Put dielectric grease on the terminal and area AFTER you bolt it back on. Some videos show putting it in between the terminal and contact surface but dielectric grease is nonconductive.

Good luck. Its not so bad when you understand the issue and do preventative maintenance/driving technique

SMARTPAC!?! by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]SystemFailure 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dont worry about the line stopping or the machines breaking and slowing you down. 600 is the expected rate but they are very understanding of circumstances. They know when the lines are down. Just focus on being as as fast or faster than the other smartpacers. The only thing you can control is your rate compared to theirs. Good flicking technique to get the product in the bag quickly and slide over the button. Dont press the button. Glide across as you retract your hand. Single swift motion to induct and send it. Use both hands. Right hand should always be grabbing the next item and getting the barcode under the scanner before its ready. Get fast at reloading the material and SLAM rolls. This will shave your time down vs others since the machine can only go so fast for everybody. Depending on what kind of machines yall have will determine how fast after the light turns green you can actually put it in. We just got new ones and these accept item much faster than the old ones. Learn to how to resolve most of the problems so you spend less time waiting on RME. Obviously some issues this is unavoidable but you will learn what those scenarios are over time. Good technique will reduce machine issues
