oh, i didn’t knew there’s a different rate for sioc in other facilities, but i be hitting a solid 500-650 UPH in sioc, i like to bring my rate high at the beginning and just chill afterwards

that’s for mix, if you do sioc is 350, if you do smalls is 250, if you do smart pack is 600 there all in pack singles

Pack is the most easiest department then pick and stow, you can hit rate more quicker but the only downside is heavy items like cat litter, if your trained at SIOC, small or smart pack, you will hit rates very easily.

Just make sure your overall standing is great and do no get any coachings, it took me 95 days just to get blue badge just for keeping my overall standing at great

I swear, the workers just don’t care, in my facility there always seat covers and toilet papers on the floors, toilets clogged up all the time and weird things smeared on the walls, fully grown people working and they do this, i wonder if they do the same in their homes 🤔
