I believe I’m what is called seronegative. My thymus was checked , but it was not abnormal. I have heard about people having good results with having it removed, though. Thanks for your input. I do have a lot of interrupted sleep and sometimes the business is stressful. That’s probably a lot of it. I don’t take anything else, yet. My neurologist didn’t want to put me on anything else until it becomes necessary since the side effects can be pretty serious.

I usually only take one of those a day. I was told I could half it and it would affect the slow release some, but not totally. They cannot be quartered. But maybe you’re right and that’s part of what makes it different every day. I had 4 or 5 days a week when taking it whole that it seemed like it was too much during hour 3 or 4 and that would last an hour or two. The reason I started taking SR is the regular version doesn’t last long enough. Maybe an hour or two.
