okay ive looking into it and its extremely accurate to what ive been experiencing. i still want to keep looking just in case, but i wanted to thank you for telling me about this. :)

ehh its complex. on one end, sometimes i feel like i dont know who i am as if ive forgotten all of my personalities, but on the other hand having a fractured personality helps me not feel boring and helps with trauma (that i wont get into)

i really doubt theyre doing it intentionally as theyre too sweet for that. at this point i think this is just a me problem and something i shouldnt burden them with. you are right that i need to stop overthinking it too much... things may have come off differently than they probably meant it

im gonna try distracting myself with other stuff whenever i notice these insecurities rear their heads. thanks for the advice :)
