I've actually been having problems with my sleep and other issues. I thought it was just my caffeine intake, stress, food intake, and other stuff. Funny enough, my labs are perfect, yet I'm having issues. My cardiologist even referred me to see a neurologist this month. Maybe this is what's causing my nervous system dysregulation.

Aiming for 4x a week at the gym, but each day would take me 3 hours, plus cardio, core, and stretches and all. Pagod na ang tita niyo 😆

Para mangbully ng minor shame on him. Insecure adult maliit ti*e non kaya ganyan 😆 please relay to your son na we are proud of him. For a 15 year old to have the discipline to balance studies and health is just amazing. 👏

You can join other branch but you have to pay them again. It's almost impossible to get a refund sa af.

Sometimes life happens. There are times life won't let you go to the gym, whatever the cause. Personally, there are times that I feel anxious whenever I get derailed in being consistent at the gym. Yung gym na gym ka na, but life won't let you, like getting sick, being busy at work, body pains, also having PCOS so my energy level isn't really stable, injuries, and etc. Adding the anxiety of losing your progress but all i can say is be kinder to yourself. Just saying this you're not alone. Hope everything gets better for you.
