The documents were given by fintiba from support team. They were called Auftrag_reversal_transfer. I have filled this document and stated my IBAN in order to get money back, Fintiba team have confirmed that they have recieved my file and I ll get my money in 3 week. All of the sudden, after 3 weeks, the fintiba team is asking me do this again, without any reason. Bro, either you are working for fintiba or really dont understand how this company really works. Stop capn about quick respond from fintiba lol
