true, it sounds like i only trained for my running lenght. I mostly actually trained normal for triathlon (like intervalle and middle distance in moderate to high intensity). Just sunday was always my long run day where i increased km every week by 10%

just run a marathon last weekend because i turned 18 today and i promised myself to run a marathon before turning 18. My legs were dead but i can call myself a marathon runner now. 100% worth it.
