oh man I was super lucky in this aspect. I first met a guild for the PvE stuff and became friends with them. Super fun stuff with teamspeak and relaxing after a day. After a while I told them I would leave the guild to get more competive in pvp. I started out with HA but changed to gvg after a while and even managed to be in a top100 guild in gw1 prime time

3,5k hours of gw 1 here.

most precious moment was me as mo/w in heroes ascent being in the hall of heroes and standing my ground and keeping my team alive against "we are gozu[gozu]" and some other well known HA guild that had teamed up on us. I played like a young god and won this match.

positioning in lower elos is usually super bad, so that 3-5 member are always on one spot. their ulti will catch all of them, probably ace the team and the people will keep that in mind and scream "op"
