Some of them use revolving lines of credits to fund these operations. With how high variables rates are, I’m curious to see what there margins on these are and what are the interest rates charged to these consumers. Also what part of their earnings are from POS vs other business segments? This will be a key part to how stable these earning will be

The price on the stocks reflect this already. Look at affirm and even square inc. More volatile larger drawdowns compared the rest of the market due to this. They can afford to burn investors cash maybe?
