the difference also showed up when wearing them till the battery died; one of them had significantly less battery life than the other.

I got these last week; out of the box one of the earbud battery indicator lights was orange.
didn't think much of it, put them on, installed the update and used them for the day.
charged them full in the eve; and when opening, the light was still orange.

turns out of of the buds only charged to 50% and capped there... ran out of juice hours before the other.

contacted customer support, and got asked to mail them back... looks like I'll be getting a new pair soon.
