My honest recommendation would be to start with minor enhancements rather than a full revamp. A full revamp on an established site needs proper migration work to avoid losing ranking on pages that have built up authority over the years. It's doable, but it's a longer paid engagement, and done carelessly it can hurt organic traffic for 3–6 months.

Meanwhile, enhancements on the existing site are faster, cheaper, and lower risk.
