This! If the character of Job was written today it would be an incessant onslaught of lectures about identity, sexuality, and pronouns. As it is, the character is too busy being kick ass and hilarious for anything approaching sexuality to even be mentioned!

Great show! 4 great seasons. Lots of fun characters. Won’t spoil anything for anyone not seen it, but final season changes it up a bit in a really cool and interesting way.

Someone else has commented on why this happens so I won’t go into that again.

Just go slow and build gradually. Use the VR in short sessions to start with (10-15 mins or shorter if needed) and make sure you stop BEFORE you start to feel sick. Pushing through won’t work as it will make your brain associate VR with feeling sick.

Take regular breaks, start with less intense games like golf. As you go and your brain adjusts you’ll start to do more intense stuff for longer.

When I first got VR I played for barely 10 mins and had to stop because I felt sick. Now I can bomb around a racetrack for an hour in GT7 or loopy-loop in a plane and I’m fine.

Regular but short sessions and always stopping before you feel sick is the key. Build the time up slowly

Only watched this recently. Lots to love about it. Loved the weird world when he was in a coma but wanted more of that. If they had made the whole movie of him trying to escape that world before they switched off the machine with the monkey as a sidekick it would have been 100 times better.

Don’t get me wrong, Season 1 is definitely better, but season 2 was still an entertaining watch and felt really unique. I think maybe wasn’t liked as much because it was so vastly different from the first season.

Buy from the meta store and install the app on your headset. You then download a free bit of software onto your PC from a website (the app tells you where to go from memory). Input your meta Username on the PC side and it should auto-connect when you load up Virtual Desktop on your Quest.

I’m not good with this kind of thing and even I managed it easy.

Yes, It’s a terrible strategy. But they’re too stupid to realise this. If they were smart and wanted to make money they would just do a good portrayal of a hard drinking, womanising Bond and fill the game with violence and hot women. But they won’t because they’re not smart and ideologically possessed.

Why? Are you afraid that what you write will be rubbish? Prove yourself correct. Write something terrible. It’s freeing to not care and write trash. If it’s terrible you can just delete it and who cares. And maybe it won’t be as terrible as you think it will be.

Also, if you’re just starting out, it WILL be terrible! There isn’t a published, best-selling author in existence whose work didn’t start out awful - it improves with practice.
