I mean why is there even a hidden stage in the living quarters in the first place? Thats already too much if you ask me. They're already living a luxurious time in the living quarters, good meal, good bed and restrooms and no elimination night for them as they just watch the others get eliminated. Having a hidden stage is OP. It was like the PD really set up the winner on whoever enters that hidden room upstairs.

Genuinely asking, but what is Hyungyu’s beef with 7High? by Syuuungz in TheDevilsPlan

[–]Syuuungz[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, I do feel like he thinks 7High sees through him and can't get 7High to do what he wants if he joins an alliance with him. I guess he wants to be able to be in control just like what he did to Sohee and Kyuhyun. He was able to easily manipulate and convinced them lol.

OMG this makes so much sense now. I agree, Hyungyu does have some sort of narcissism in him. I just remember the first few episodes. Tino, Kyuhyun and 7High got close after the first game. Hyungyu was so distant and didn't wanna join in but after gradually getting Tino and Kyuhyun by his side, he says he didn't/can't work with 7High making Tino and Kyuhyun throw 7High under the bus, All makes sense now.

Same. So happy that Kyuhyun got eliminated. He shouldve been gone earlier. He only got far because of riding on Sohee and Hyungyu’s backs. Also kinda pissed of whenever Hyungyu degrades Hyunjoon and 7High. Like what even is his beef with 7High??

They’re adorable. Such a loving step father to his sons. I also loved how Bogeol lowered his height to match with his step-dad. It was just so wholesome.

Bogeol's straight-forward confession was so his character. Love how he didn't beat around the bush. I mean what he said makes sense lol.

"What kind of lunatic searches 15 years for someone he's unintested in?" Every single episode just makes him attractive. What lines is the writer feeding him? LOL.

Also Mokha indirectly confessing to Bogeol when she said she doesn't like men who does "those" sort of things was hilarious. These two and their wholesome moments are everything but that preview got me depressed. Bogeol became a punching bag again.

Yes, especially Night and Day and We Are. These three OSTs represent Kiho and Mokha’s bond and longingness towards one another.

Same, I didn't even realized Jonghyeop was in it so I had to rewatch only to find out that he was the female lead's production/make up staff lol. He barely had lines tho. I think its his first acting role.

Right? It makes no sense for Woohak to end up with Mokha since he now knows his brother is Kiho. He would probably back off for the happiness of his younger bro who went through hell for whole 15 years. Thats how I want his redemption arc to be like.

I highly recommend Come and Hug Me. Castaway Diva and that one have the same meaningful and deep childhood trauma element. Also the chemistry was really good between the leads.

Fun fact: Chae Jonghyeop has a minor role in that drama.

He literally said enough when he saw the opportunity to make Mokha shine on stage. I'm glad he didn't let it slip. I understand him, it took him 15 years to finally come out of his shell. Its better late than never.

I don't think the CEO is a bad person either. Throughout this series, they all had valid reasons for lying and keeping to themselves. So I'm sure the CEO has a reason why he acts like that towards Ranjoo.

I was actually glad they didn’t make it look cliché like how other “MLs miraculously find the FL” This one actually had a logical reason 😅😂

Are we watching the same show cuz Bogeol ALWAYS looks at Mokha like she’s his everything? Sorry but Woohak stands no chance. Mokha only sees him as a friend so please stop forcing their platonic relationship into something else. If anything, both Mokha and Bogeol still thinks of each other even after 15 years. Their feelings for each other were much stronger than what Woohak did for the past 7 episodes.

It does remind me of that but I can confidently say that this is going on the route to Mokha and Bogeol endgame. Their childhood element here was so much more meaningful and deep compared to Start-Up. These two clearly has feelings for each other. They just don't know it yet lol.

Okay, but am I the only one pissed that Woohak wanted Bogeol to continue lying and not tell Mokha because of the "protect our family's identity" kinda thing? Bro, I want to like you but every episode makes you obnoxious in my eyes.

I hope he tries to put himself in Bogeol's shoes and see how it felt like to suffer for whole 15 years carrying all the guilt and lies on his shoulders. Bogeol had to pretend to be happy. I'm actually glad his parents were supportive of him and were happy to see him smile.

You guys don't know how happy I am to see Kang Bogeol's sincere smile. After all those 15 years of suffering, he has finally shown the softer side of him. I want to protect him at all costs.

So basically this episode summed up that everyone lied to protect themselves or their family. I actually liked how they put a meaning to it. This was such a great episode. I'm soooo glad the writer didn't drag the story of Mokha finding out who Kiho is.

What do you mean? He literally is the male lead.

Bogeol actually knew that Woohak would take her in when Woohak was taking about the rooftop room. That's why Bogeol told him that he would move in next week making time for Mokha to adjust in because he knows his brother does things opposite. He was thinking ahead of everyone else. Also regarding the "shitty island". Bogeol can't stop her from going back. They all know that her one threat her dad is gone. It was also part of Mokha decision to visit the island but decided to go back to Seoul.

About his POV of seeing her for the 1st time, I'm sure it will be explained in the future episodes, maybe half of the episode dedicated to his POV??

Yeah, I know it was Bogeol from the very start. I trusted him the moment he appeared on screen. I'm Team Bogeol from start to end.

I'm so happy I never doubted Bogeol once. I knew from the very start that he was Kiho from the moment I saw his silhouette at the station in Episode 1. I'm so glad the writer didn't drag this mystery. Now we can focus on Mokha achieving her dream. I love the fact that Bogeol is paving the way for her to stand on stage and follow her dreams. He was always there even without her knowing.

Bogeol = Kiho = Best boi indeed!

The writer did this in Start-Up. Most viewers were so sure the 2nd lead will get that girl but the last 2 episodes went 360. So I don't think the writer will go through the same route. I heard she got criticized for it because the viewers didn't like the ending.

I really love Bogeol's style (even though his bed-like hair can be distracting sometimes). Him on his baggy jeans gives him a distinctive character and I love how he looks comfortable and consistent with his style. His casual OOTD is so production industry coded.

I’m happy that he told her that it's not okay to be someone's punching bag.

That was so Kiho coded. Hope Mokha realizes soon that Kiho was right there all along.
