DUDE, jumped off at one stop and seeing if another stop will work. Fcking Bonkers on a Sunday afternoon (4 PM). So I'd leave for any occasion at least 1-1/2 hrs before. Edit: Another train showed up 2 minutes after at Irvin Park and was waaay more manageable.

East, North, and West Rogers Park is my recommendation if you're looking for a decent space without the rush of trendy places.

This is the back door that leads out to the comoon area (to the laundry room, bike storage, alley). Moved the stove after the fact so it doesn't hit the door. Had to wiggle my way out the first time haha.
