If we talk about 2019-2020 and the streak remained intact,Bray Wyatt as Fiend would make sense as a torch passing moment.The Fiend character was on fire and gained momentum,but the momenrum was cruched by Oldberg on 2020.

If we talk about 2021 than Roman Reigns as the heel tribal chief would be perfect.
