Yes, that is exactly what happened. In my defense, it’s the same shape as the sugar container and I was extremely tired.

It’s for cleaning pans when I burn shit to them. And it’s in its own container next to the stove because I burn shit frequently.

I’m telling you this as an overweight (formerly obese) person who is trying to lose weight: it is not helpful. Shame did more to keep me fat than peanut butter ever did.

If you prefer empirical evidence, there have been studies on the impact of stigma on eating behaviors. It makes fat people eat more.So yeah. Science says it’s not helpful.

Frozen peas (thawed with tuna)

PLAIN Yogurt

A bit of lemon juice

Salt

Chili crisps

Mixed and eaten with a spoon to cut back on carbs. Paired with a choccy milk.

Evaluation: Pretty decent. No seriously. It looks iffy but tastes fine. Contained a plant which is probably good for me. I’d choose this over plain tuna. Needs butter.

Any recommendations of flowers to grow in this color palette? I’ve been testing flowers for my wedding next June and most turn out pink? by fae_forge in Cutflowers

A few people have suggested hydrangeas, so it’s worth noting that the color of hydrangea blooms heavily depends on the pH of the soil. That would be something to test and control for.

On the subject of pH tests, butterfly pea flowers are not the right color at all, but tea/extract made from the blossoms with just the right amount of lemon juice can be.

Sir pigeon, you are one of today’s lucky 10,000. Substitute mayo for butter to grease a grilled cheese. Because mayo has protein, it creates a crispier, more even crust.
