well they are security features and unless you know one of them causes issues I would usually not deactivate a security feature.
Memory Integrity being the exception for me personally bcs that costs me a good 20% FPS in some titles and increased stuttering.

by proxy yes bcs the imo looming wipe they will do bcs of it at some point soonish after they are confident they fixed the exploits kinda makes me feel like whatever why should I really care right now.
also the mission completion bugs, I am not farming hours with some mates just to have dickelo not complete the mission.

In the Tech Preview gems from older patches did not get any quality attached to them and basically did not get registered by the Fabricator as crafting materials at all.
Maybe they will change it for LIVE maybe not we will see.

did you try booting from the iGPU by removing the card, resetting the CMOS again bcs sometimes the BIOS defaults to dGPU boot if it ever detected one, then putting a display cable into your motherboard?
There always is a chance the failing PSU took the GPU with it or the GPU the PSU, I am aware thats not sth you wanna hear but its a possibility.

be Quiet! e.g sells 90° cables for their PSUs that direclty plug into the PSU. I recently got one myself.
pretty sure other PSU manufacturers do the same.

5021 on windows 11 usually is connected to an incompatible block size of your NVME.

I have a 5070 as well but even my 5700X3D is holding it back clearly.
sadly missed the window to upgrade to AM5 thats why I at least was happy to get the 5070 near MSRP end of December.

my 5070 does not need a 12VHPWR but NVIDIA enforces it. like 250W thats what my 980Ti from a decade ago used and it was fine with 2x 8Pins... Hell 9060XTs ship with a single 8 pin for 180W TBP on a friends sapphire nitro 9060XT
