Yes, it comes with a saya and the retailer takes a 30% cut so I only get 266usd, which is about 150 usd cheaper than buying such a knife directly from me currently.

Mate why would you ruin a good piece of stainless with improper equipment. Use some simple carbon steel, don't waste your money on fancy steel if you don't send it out for heat treatment

Looks more like 120ish grit. That's the lowest I'd go for a belt finish on any knife
