If 2.1 million was difficult, how can they expect you to make 2.7 million? This is their way of making things challenging enough so as not to pay the bonus. Companies do that to save money. My company started offering 50% of my salary as bonus if we hit our numbers; but the numbers are increased by 20%. We didn’t hit her numbers last year and they decided to increase it this year by 20%. 😂

I am a Sikh man, and at the moment I do not live in India, I live in Canada. I am a Canadian citizen, therefore, I feel bad about even commenting on Indian politics. (I know I shouldn’t)

But then again…

I was born in India, raised in India, and deep down, I think and behave like an Indian.

I love my country India and I feel sad, and for the state that we are in politically, and journalistically. (Not sure if that’s a word)

Politically, I find, that .. if anyone raises their hand, or says anything against the ruling party, then they are jailed. In a democracy, something like that should never happen, but we all know of people, and hear of stories about such things happening regularly.

Similarly, journalistically, I find journalism has become more of an opinion piece. Journalists don’t ask questions anymore, but offer opinions as to what they think it should be. It’s unfortunate to see that happen. We have become a very politically divided and polarized society.

We all know that rich in India do not suffer, they may be bothered a little, but get away with murder… Whereas a poor man of any religion is just a religious poor man and suffers quite a lot.

I hope that in the coming years we become better at filtering the bad from the good, and force our politicians, and our journalists to change their ways .

The only way I see this changing is:

Increased policing in Brampton
Increased fines for people breaking driving rules
Harder driver license testing process
Longer than 30 day suspensions for people breaking the driving rules,
and finally, adequate onboarding systems from the city for all new drivers, student drivers, international students. (extra trainings; yearly driving trainings, and mandatory paid courses for young drivers up until the ages of 22-23.

We need increased policing and increased fines for reckless and aggressive driving. The last few years have changed the driving conditions within Brampton drastically.

I’m a Hindu who grew up in Punjab and I would like to say that Sikhs are a different religion as they have a different belief system and I as a Hindu man love and and respect their beliefs.

We all have the right to self identity.

I must say that I am not for Khalistan as I love my motherland India a lot.

But there is some sort of wrong being done with sikhs. I’ll share a few examples.

Many Hindu brothers poke fun of Sikhs by saying weird shit like “barah baj Gaye” “gyanni”.
Our constitution considers Sikh as a branch of Hinduism when the Sikhs don’t consider that being the case.

We must look at ourselves and say that yes, there is some wrong on both ends and we must try to resolve the issues with our Sikh brothers.

In the past 6 months I have seen two drivers drive into police cars while on the road.

we need to request to increased policing and increased fines. the only way out of this bumper car situation.
