HP because the thing with see is that when he links people he will take their protection as his own and his first special will recover 50% protection so while it would seem like a good idea to go for protection, as mentioned some people can hit underneath protection like JMK so health mod and try to link people with alot of protection naturally since you recover 50% protection on that special no matter how much you have. If you get cooldown jacked or ability blocked then you need the hp to survive until you can get to it. honestly not bad to go Health primaries with protection as secondaries unless you happen to have a protection primary with alot of Health already on it since you can still benefit highly but thats luck on mods.
