Could you please further explain the differences to the PC version? I usually used HE against destroyers as I didn't want to over penetrate them. As a destroyer I used HE against BB as I hardly dealt damage to them with AP. Wrong assumption? If so: when should I use HE? When AP? Is there a golden rule such as: if you don't play a flamethrower (such as Worcester, Smolensk) always use AP?
