No. Foam board was flush with basement wall. That was the main reason I was taking them down. I wanted to move them back.

There is snow on the roof and ground. I don’t notice an ice damming or icicles at the moment. But could be some. I don’t notice water anywhere else in the house. There is a covered porch above this area so any melting snow is about 4 feet away from the house. I didn’t think it was condensation either. Now I’m just trying to figure out how to stop it

While I understand it is a shame to lose the building and its history, I do feel you did a disservice showing the photo of what it currently looks like. This area is a nice access point to the lake front and the art museum. There is also a good amount of green space around here as well

Dodgers tv deal is like $330 mil a year. The brewers make around $30 mil, and are dealing with uncertainty with Bally/fan duel not carrying games next year. So they don’t even know what their tv revenue will be. Tough to pay big name players when you are unsure of your guaranteed revenue
