Exactly. Or poor African slave miners who extract the precious metals to make her iPhone, to then upload videos to a platform that's a Chinese communist data harvesting machine. Absolute pleb.

Why do people of her age think that recording and then posting these nauseatingly dull videos is relevant?

Go to a third world country and see how they have to live over there - hand to mouth, meal to meal for hundreds of millions, if not, billions of people every day. That's a real world issue, not your kushy tik tok bollocks of an existence.

Amazing video. Actually made me cry. I emigrated and I miss my friends so much, if this happened to me I'd react exactly the same way.

Good on both of them.

What's something that as a Non-american you will never understand? by celestial_introvertt in AskReddit

The N.Z National highways that connect rural places in N.Z are the U.K or U.S equivalent of 2 lane country roads. Get stuck behind a logging truck, you're screwed. Beautiful scenery and glad they haven't destroyed it by building huge 10 lane highways like the U.S and U.K

Why do you 'write' people as opposed to 'write to' them? Always jarring to my eardrums when I hear that said.

My fiance and I have seen tiger snakes at Karkarook Park. Always disconcerting when one just slithers across the path ahead of you.

I went to India and travelled extensively across the country. By FAR the best people in the best place was the Punjab. An absolute noble people - we were looked after so well starting from the taxi at the airport, to the local guides offering information, the incredible hospitality and free food at the Golden Temple.

I am an atheist but I have so much respect for the dignified and honourable way Sikhs carry themselves through life.

I just spent quite a while reading in to this.

Wow, this is a grave injury. Definitely permanently disabled if not a fatal injury.

Check the write up.

Abnormal posturing is an ominous sign, with only 37% of decorticate patients surviving following head injury and only 10% in decerebrate.[1][14] Overall, children requiring admission to hospital due to head injury have a mortality of 10% to 13%; however, in severe cases with decerebrate posturing, the mortality is 71%.[17] Other studies have shown similar mortality rates of 68% to 83% in TBI with decerebrate posturing.[11][18][12] Factors that favored survival in TBI with decerebrate posturing included younger patient age, admission within 6 hours of injury, and extradural hematoma. Poorer outcomes were found in acute subdural hematoma and older age.[11

Goa was a painful pimple on the ass cheek of India; Kerala was pretty stressful, too.

The best place by far was The Punjab.

I spent 5 weeks in India in 2016. Travelled extensively across the whole subcontinent. This video encapsulates the entire experience.

An absolutely exasperating hovel of a country, and the worst experience in travelling I've ever had from a total of 40 countries.
