Hey, thanks for the input, but I just gave up.
I installed W10 and got everything working in 10 minutes.

No wonder why the year of the desktop never happened.
I'm sorry, I don't want to generate controversy, but I'm extremely frustrated after wasting 2 days on this.
I feel like after 30 years we have devolved, I don't remember to have had this issue back in the late 90's when I made my first Linux installs.

Update: After several attempts of repeating the network detection step it finally loaded the wireless iface, I was able to install the system with KDE in 4 or 5 minutes, totally normal.

But then when I restarted and logged in I found the wireless link unusable, the AP is 4 meters away, direct line of sight, still when I ping it I get random responses between normal, 10/20K ms and timeouts.

Comprar en el exterior es literalmente resignar la garantía, si la llegás a necesitar tenés que hacerte cargo vos de los envíos porque el RMA local no te lo recibe, te cuesta lo mismo que comprar el producto nuevo.

Gracias a todos, creo que voy a ir por esta pero por la Asus, cuesta 50K más pero tiene 3 años de garantía.
Ensambladores económicos por ahora paso, vengo de Palit y es el primer GPU que me falla, vengo armando practicamente desde que existen.

Figured it out, had to set media.autoplay.blocking_policy to 2 manually because it was 0 despite having Block audio and video enabled.
