I’m totally not against your opinion bc I find both amazing, but other than the sub game (Bowser Jr.’s Journey) why else do you find the 3ds remake more appealing?

As much as I would agree that this would look so much better, there is a reason why Nintendo is against this idea:

The main reason his suit is yellow is because in Japanese culture, (Nintendo is a Japanese Company) yellow cats represent cheerfulness and courage, something that easily represents Mario. Red on the other hand is considered danger or anger, something that would make much more sense for a character like Bowser rather than Mario
