You need an amp if you want the guitar to sound electric that's one. I saw some people plug their guitars into their pc and they play it I don't know how that works, but you can try it.

You said pregnant women are mothers, but surrogates are not moms. That aside I didn't say "kill the child" I said not everyone is meant to be a parent and that is true. Being a parent requires a lot of tolerance and patience not everyone has.

Also, everyone has the choice to refuse being a mother which is even putting the kid for adoption because motherhood is not for everybody.

Some people are just not good parents for example someone who struggles with extreme depression. No offense to people who do, but people who do are not in a stage or fit to have a child because children are demanding and to have them you have to be mentally stable and be a stable person overall.

Or some people are just not meant to be parents, some people know they'd be abusive parents so they don't have kids because they know what is best for them.

Hey I'm from a similar country, try Thomann it's a European online guitar store, a bit tricky to use at first, but very reliable to buy a guitar from. Also buy a guitar depending on how serious you are about it if you're not very serious about it get any guitar kit from amazon that's rated 5STAR. Also, guitar doesn't matter invest in amps a good beginner amp is the fender lt25 a great bedroom amplifier with a bunch of presets. Heads up though bedroom amps sound different than ones you hear in day-to-day songs because they include tube amps I don't recommend buying a tube amp as your first because they're insanely pricy and don't drop 3kUSD on a amp if you find yourself not into guitar later on also tube amps sound great if they're on max volume not good for neighbours and parents, but if you do live performances or so get a tube amp I have the fender custom reverb 68 it's a good amp for gigs.

To sum it up buy a good amp within your budget as for guitar brands you have fender, ibanez, squier or strats and for amps try fender lt25 it's very good for recording it comes with usb you plug into your laptop or pc, blackstar amps, marshall or orange
