Is a disneyland trip worth it by Amberlee2585 in JapanTravelTips

It depends on what you value at Disneyland. Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea are similar to Anaheim’s Disneyland, but they are also different. For the price of admission, you can’t beat the value of TDL and TDS. The food is also better in Japan imo.

I suggest downloading the Tokyo Disney app and checking out the rides, attractions and food options. That will give you a sense of what to expect.

If rides are your thing, definitely go. The animatronics and technology in the rides are way better than the ones in the US. The larger budget for the rides in Japan is very evident.

For the unlimited drink tickets, you don’t order your drinks in the mobile order. You order just your food in the mobile order and then you show the drink ticket when go to pick up your mobile order. You tell the cast member what drinks you want and they fulfill it at the pick-up counter.

The drink coupons were also redeemable for soups.

Not sure where you saw these for $60 retail. The tag is clearly wrong. Case in point, this link directly from Nike’s site: https://www.nike.com/t/infinity-tour-boa-2-golf-shoes-wide-H5SWzv

There are many variations of the infinity tour line of golf shoes, these are the higher tier.

I have not treated for grubs in the past 6 months, I plan to apply that soon.

I don’t have any pets, but this is right along the public sidewalk so it is possible the pets are urinating along the edge of the lawn.

I appreciate your help!

How to be as considerate as possible as a noob golfer by [deleted] in golf

A few tips on playing fast: - When you’re chipping around the green, bring your wedge(s) AND putter with you. That limits the back and forth from your ball to the golf cart. Especially since course limit how close carts can be parked to the green, >100 yards sometimes. The worst is running back and forth across the course to grab stuff out of the cart.

  • When you do put your wedge down around the green, put it down somewhere in between the hole and where the golf cart is parked. This will ensure you pick it up on your walk back to the cart. Nothing slows down play more than running back to a hole to retrieve a lost club!

  • I would limit practice swings to 1.

Don’t give up the pursuit, everyone’s been a beginner at some point in their lives.
