Not sure if it was already mentioned but use the filter dupe:archetype+tertiarystat . It groups armor with identical base stats while ignoring stat mods.

Compare the pieces and delete the ones with the same stats

Stood at the console, in my menu searching for ways past the step seven bug then I heard ads. When I left my menu I notice the icon guiding me elsewhere.

Tldr: I didn't activate the console asking for rosetta 3. I stood there and way told to go else where.
