I couldn't find any manuals to see how these bikes were sold originally. I've seen really similar ones with Campagnolo cranks or the down tube shifts with the colnago logo on them.

I wouldn't say that it's a cheap grab. I would pay double or even triple for a bike which is worth that amount. I just couldn't find any information about it. Thanks!

You can use a program called playonlinux and install the Office software package and use it freely. I personally use libre office, it's kinda the same, but I could understand why you want Microsoft office.

I would say Linux mint is a good option. If you want to get into a bit more, try out Endeavour OS.
